Our practice numbers in July

Here’s a look at the scale of work carried out by our team in July:

• Over 3,000 appointments were delivered, with 65% taking place face-to-face and 22 carried out as home visits
• We processed 2,411 clinical documents and issued 3,349 prescriptions
• Our reception team handled 5,140 phone calls and we received 222 online requests
• 112 appointments were missed, which affects availability for other patients
