Yes there are doctors’ telephone appointments that are pre-bookable in advance. All nurse appointments are pre-bookable.

Our reception staff are important members of the practice team and it has been agreed that they should ask patients certain questions to help make sure you receive the most appropriate medical care, from the most appropriate health professional, at the most appropriate time.
